Lovely Longhorns!

This little chap is a Longhorn Beetle Rhagium bifasciata we recently stumbled across. Longhorns are a group of beetles with, as the name suggests, very long antennae. The best one of them all and my definitely personal  favourite is the Timberman Beetle Acanthocinus aedilis, normally found where there are pine woods. The male has the most incredible antennae, almost over twice the length of his body!
